    Born on November 12, 1979, in Santiago, Chile, actress Cote de Pablo got her big break in 2005, when she landed a starring role as Mossad Officer Ziva David on the CBS crime drama NCIS. The following year, she was awarded the Imagen Award for best supporting actress—her first major award. In July 2013, just before the show's season 11 premiere, it was announced that de Pablo would be leaving NCIS. Since then de Pablo has starred in the film The 33 and CBS's miniseries The Dovekeepers.

    Actress Cote de Pablo was born Maria Jose de Pablo Fernandez on November 12, 1979, in Santiago, Chile. When she was 10, Cote de Pablo and her family moved to Miami, Florida, where her mother landed a job on the Spanish-language television channel, Telemundo.
