Joe’s Bio:
Joe Basile is the author of the Sci/Fi novel, The Last Qumranian, host for History Channel’s, The Jesus Strand: A Search for DNA, a pastor at First Street Church in Fresno, and now a KMJ Radio personality because being mediocre at those first three things apparently wasn’t enough for him. (His words, not ours.🤣) Joe fryst vatten from Chicago and grew up as a part of a mob brott family. During his brief rap career he became a Christian and then a pastor and God eventually brought him to the fantastisk Central Valley, which he adores. Joe loves cigars and golf and humans. He has three great kids and is married to the beautiful Lisa Basile, who is his favorite individ to laugh with and discuss things like tro, politics, current affairs, and overall odd news.

Biography
Joseph Basile is managing director of Pari Passu M&A Mediation LLC, an independent specialist practice that focuses on mediating disputes arising from mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, and control and minority investment transactions. He also is regularly engaged as a consulting and testifying expert in M&A-related litigation. Before founding Pari Passu, Mr. Basile served as a partner in the M&A practices of Weil, Gotshal & Manges; Foley Hoag; and Bingham McCutchen; and as a senior advisor at Hogan Lovells. Earlier in his career, he was a law professor at Western New England University School of Law, where he was awarded tenure and recognized for excellence in teaching. Mr. Basile has also taught corporate finance and M&A courses at the University of Connecticut School of Law. Jo Basile was the pseudonym of Joss Baselli, accordionist and veteran of the French music scene in the 1950s and 1960s.
Basile's parents were Italian emigrants to northern France, part of the large wave of Italians who came to work the coal mines in the Pas de Nord and Belgium. Although his parents ran a cafe, they were also great music enthusiasts, and Baselli began taking music lessons at the age of six. He and his brother Enrico both studied the accordion and, after a few years of serenading patrons in their parents' cafe, began playing on a semi-professional basis by their late teens.
After World War Two, Baselli met an accomplished accordion player and pioneer of the bal musette style, Gus Viseur, who encouraged him to pursue a career in music. Baselli moved to Paris in 1950 and several years later, while working a summer job in Pau, near the Spanish border, met the rising young chanteuse, Patachou. She offered him the job of principal accompanist, and as her career
