Upendo Nkone ni mwimbaji maalum wa kisasa Tanzania. Anaimba nyimbo za Mungu na sauti kubwa sana na kwaya yake wanaweza vizuri kumsaidia. Nkone alizaliwa sehemu ya Kigoma ingawa alipokuwa mtoto akahama mjini Dar es Salaam ambapo akalelewa. Sasa hizi, yeye ni mjane na ana watoto wawili. Nyimbo zake nyingi zinawaambia wajane, mayatima na wengine walio na matatizo kujipa moyo na kusonga mbele kwa furaha kwa sababu Mungu anawalinda. Ametunga nyimbo za kutosha kujaza albamu mbili na zote ni nzuri sana. Hasa nyimbo hizi ‘Usifurahi juu yangu’ na ‘Upendo wa Yesu’ zinapendwa sana na WaTanzania. Ndiyo maana yeye ni shujaa wa muziki ya injali ya sasa hizi.
