    Dr. M. Moshiul Hoque is a professor in the Dept. of Computer Science & Engineering and Director of CUET IT Business Incubator at Chittagong University of Engineering & Technology (CUET). He was head of the Department of Computer Science & Engineering and Dean of the Faculty of Electrical & Computer Engineering, CUET. Dr. Hoque, with a Ph. D in Information & Computer Sciences from Saitama University (Japan), Engg. in CSE from BUET and B. Sc. Engg. in EEE from CUET, respectively, is the founding director of CUET Natural Language Processing (NLP) Lab. Currently, Dr. Hoque is acting as the Chair of the IEEE Bangladesh Section. He also worked as the head of the self-assessment committee (Department of CSE, CUET) and as the sub-project manager to establish a Fab lab in CUET funded by the World Bank under HEQEP, UGC.
